Shipping Policy

Delivery Information​

We aim at processing your order within 24 hours, and aim at dispatching it as soon as the order has been processed. All the products on our website have varying delivery speeds, so please do refer to the items description to determine shipping times. We work with third party delivery companies, both national (Royal Mail) and international (DHL & UPS), and you will be able to track your order once dispatched. 

All orders are fully tracked and/or signed for. If a claim is made about about an unreceived order in spite of tracking saying otherwise, an investigation will be opened and you will be required to fill a "missing/absent goods form", which takes up to 15 days. To commence this, please email us at carsosauk@gmail.com or support@carsosa.com and our team will do our best to work with you as well as the courier. 

Damaged Order

In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged, please take pictures of the outer packaging alongside the damaged product, and of the apology note from the delivery company, if provided with one. Due to the gravity of this scenario, we will need to investigate this, so it is important you collaborate with us.

Incorrect Address

In the event that the shipping address you entered is incorrect please let as know as soon as you can, so that we can can contact our suppliers and amend any errors before dispatch. Please understand that we are unable to change the address once the order has been dispatched, as it is the responsibility of our customer to ensure these details are correct. In the event that the product is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package from the incorrect address.
